DAY 14:
I think I’m ready for another dry spell devoid of good Chinese Food at UT now. :)
Now that packing is done all i have left to do is to leave for UT. Tomorrow!!!! :D

DAY 13:
Today was a good day. I saw my Spanish Teacher, Senor Ponce, saw some very good friends, Shannon and Eddie and Maya, and ate at Napoli’s, goooood times. :P
I should be uploading a photo in this post, but today I’ve decided to mix things up with a mix! :D I’ve been experimenting with DJing and today I decided to make a very short mix for fun. It’ll be nothing like the mixes you hear on the radio, but its a start. :D Give it a listen! :P
Does anybody have any suggestions for a good DJ name? :P (So far DJ FeelGood, since i just play stuff that makes me feel good. :P)
DAY 12:
Watched a hilarious musical, Young Frankenstein. It was amazing. :D I loved all the anachronistic comedic references (“Whip My Hair Back and Forth!” :D), the awesome production values, the strobe lights, and everything else. Deep Love. Lolz. :D
Then finished it with korean food. Soooo good. :D It should last me long enough till i get back to plano in a month or two…

DAY 11:
I got to whip out the scarf, peacoat, gloves, and beanie today! :D Man it was absolutely, appendage numbingly, cold.
What better way to combat the cold then cookies!?!? :P (Yes i know they’re prepackaged dough…but they taste good and nothing beats the fragrance of cookies baking in an oven.)

The snow and the cold outside the restaurant windows didn’t matter cause I was warm and cozy with my Dim Sum. :] Man, can there be a Dim Sum restaurant near UT please? :D

The ones from Pho Que Huong are the best. Especially when accompanied with S17 from Pho Que Huong, Spicy Beef Noodle. :]

DAY 7:
Artery cloggin’, heart stoppin’, ticket to heaven goodness! :D
Went to Big Easy for dinner! Its the best Cajun food i know of. I’ve never been to the real Big Easy, so this is where its at for me and according to New Orleans natives, they say its very good too. So either way, it is AWESOME! :D
I had Basin Street Chicken, a paneed chicken breast with mushrooms tasso and creole mustard sauce. In other words, greasy, flavorful goodness. Mom had Crawfish Etouffee, spicy dark roux sauce with crawfish over rice. So heartwarmingly good.
This is comfort food. Om nom nom nom. :)
